Many years ago, Forever introduced a truly generous industry-leading incentive called Chairman Bonus. This programme meant that every Distributor had access to the financial success of the company, and as such hundreds of millions of dollars have been shared amongst Distributors across the world. This programme alone has impacted and changed the lives of many for the better.

International barriers? We’re knocking them down!

Forever has been looking to globalize the Chairman Bonus incentive, knocking down any international barriers that currently exist under the original scheme.

Since the start of the incentive period on January 1st of 2012, every Distributor around the world can now qualify to participate in a Global Chairman Bonus pool!

The Benefits of Chairman Bonus

Any participating country that has sales in excess of 3,000 case credits will now be contributing to the Global pool. Under the old scheme, the requirement was set at 5,000 case credits. So, instead of just your country contributing profits, the pool will now be

worldwide, and more countries will be contributing to the Global pot.
Anyone who qualifies for chairman bonus, regardless of reaching 1,500 case credits or not, will be invited to the Global Rally to pick up their cheque!
With chairman bonus, Distributors can count qualifying, downline Chairman Bonus Managers from any Participating Country toward their share of the chairman bonus pool and toward their level of qualification in the programme.
You can now use international Chairman Bonus Managers to help increase not only your share of the chairman bonus pool, but also the level at which you qualify!

International barriers? We’re knocking them down!

Participating Country – a country that has qualified to participate in chairman bonus
Domestic Country – the country you live in and have nominated as your Home Country
Qualifying Country – the participating country you’ve nominated as your country of qualification (where you’re going to achieve your level requirements)
New Business – business generated in a line that’s sponsored during the contest period
The Benefits of Chairman Bonus
You must be a Recognised Manager who’s active every month during the incentive period.
You must be Leadership Bonus qualified.
You must have qualified for the Earned Incentive Programme.
The Earned Incentive can now be achieved in any Participating Country.

The three levels of Chairman Bonus

Level 1 – Achieve the core requirements and 700 personal and non-manager case credits, of which 150 must be ‘new’ business. Please note, these new case credits can still be achieved anywhere in the world, but if they’re generated outside of your qualifying country, they won’t be counted toward your share of the chairman bonus pool. Either achieve the 600 case credit Manager as in the old programme, or a downline Chairman Bonus Manager in ANY Participating Country in the world.

Level 2 – Achieve the core requirements and 600 case credits, of which 100 must be ‘new’ business. Develop 3 PSMs, each in separate downlines, in any Participating Country.

Level 3 – Achieve the core requirements and 500 personal and non-manager case credits, of which 100 must be ‘new’ business, and now you can develop six Chairman Bonus Managers around the world.
